Eduard Starcic (° 1973, Zagreb, Croatia). Starcic started as a filmmaker in 2012 in Bremen, where he made his first film / short film “FAKTUM”. In the same year Starcic moves to Cologne and successfully completed the training for "Audiovisual Media IHK" in 2014.

Starcic begins his work in Cologne as a media educator and filmmaker on behalf of various institutions for media education, art and culture.

In 2015 Starcic founded "mediawelle" (www.mediawelle.de), a platform for moving image production. Today Starcic lives and works in Cologne as an author filmmaker (director, DOP, editor) and video artist.
